The Municipality of Alviano guarantees that the processing of personal data received via e-mail or electronic forms, including during registration, complies with the provisions of the current privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196, effective January 1, 2004).
The user's personal data (required for access to the services) will not be transferred to third parties, their use will be used for communications relating to the site and its contents and for sending any periodic information newsletter on a relevant topic.
If the purposes for which the personal data were collected are those for carrying out institutional activities, the public administration is not required to ask for consent (art.24 Cod.) as they are intended for institutional purposes, which is mandatory (in simplified) for the processing of health data (art.81 Cod.).
The rights of the interested party are those expressly indicated in article 7 of the "Privacy Code" and can be exercised with a request addressed without formalities, even by registered letter, fax or e-mail (art.9 Cod.) to the owner or manager. The data controller is the Municipality of Alviano, with headquarters in Piazza Bartolomeo d'Alviano, 10 - 05020 Alviano (Tr), the data controllers are the managers of the structures responsible for the matter (to whom the interested party can contact to request information relating exclusively to personal data) and those in charge are the officials and employees authorized to carry out the processing operations by the owner or manager.
